Establishing a New Youth Parliament for Wales

The National Assembly for Wales is creating a national platform for 60 young people to have their voices heard by their voices heard by their elected national representatives.

Information on how to register to vote and guidance to prospective candidates on how to stand for election is now available online.

The National Assembly for Wales is eager to promote this opportunity to all young people across Wales who will be between the age of 11 and up to 18 before the 25 November 2018.

Schools may wish to consider making this part of your pupil induction in September and to encourage pupils to take part in the first ever online elections in November as part of their learning.
